Abstract:

The project ”Integrated system for support and command of intervention teams in crisis situations” aims to develop an integrated system, comprising hardware, software and communication resources needed to assure the planning and coordination of missions in crisis situations. A subsystem will be developed for calculation of the explosion parameters in air, simulation, analysis and evaluation of the impact of shockwaves on buildings, simulation and evaluation of the effect of an explosion on persons and also an integrated system comprising communications and informatics destined for assurance of bidirectional information streams comprising video streams, physiologic and location data of the intervention team.

Abstract:

The aim of the project is to create a virtual platform for identifying people suspected of COVID - 19, the continuous analysis of data collected from them and the delivery of personalized messages to risk groups. The platform will offer users the opportunity to self-assess their health and will allow, on a voluntary basis, to provide personal data (a first level being location - optional GPS - and phone number verified by sms). The latter will be provided with additional information and their registration in a central database to remind them to repeat the self-assessment and to be alerted to the increased likelihood of becoming infected (possibly due to the increase in the number of cases in the area).

In the virtual platform, users can have three roles: regular user, operator and administrator. Regular users can self-assess their health on their own initiative, based on an automatic history. Following the self-assessment, they will receive personalized instructions or will be contacted by specialized medical staff. The information received from regular users is automatically analyzed and supervised by operators, in order to count the number of suspects, with temporal and geographical distribution, geo-location, identification of new specific COVID-19 symptoms, updating patient data and delivery of personalized messages . The administrator assigns roles and monitors the technical operation of the system.
