Abstract:

The goal of the project The purpose of the project was to achieve, develop, improve, connect to European developments and test the supply chain for higher education (CIS) qualifications and university curricula related to the information, communication, publicity and public relations sector (bachelor's and master's) in order to improve and adapt. their labor market. Within this process of innovation of the educational offer, the construction of an e-learning and quality assurance system was foreseen. The partner universities (Timișoara, Cluj, Iași, Brașov) will formally adopt the multimedia teaching programs and tools, which resulted from the project, within their own educational offers, thus assigning them a permanent character in the medium and long term.

Project objectives:

1. Creating a community of practice for describing and updating the professional skills required by the labor market for the professional profiles of: journalist, public relations specialist, advertising specialist, information specialist and librarian.

2. Promoting innovation in higher education, through the design and testing of bachelor's and master's degree programs based on competencies in accordance with the methodology for achieving the National Qualifications Framework in Higher Education, with European devices provided by EQF and ECVET.

3. Ensuring the transnational dimension of university curricula (bachelor's and master's degrees), achieving stable collaborations with European universities of excellence.

4. Development and testing of procedures, tools and methods for assessing learning outcomes (IR) to ensure the certification of acquired skills and credits.

5. Patrimonialization of an ICT system composed of an online platform, multimedia modules, equipped laboratories

6. Ensuring a wide range of higher education (IS) designed to encourage university graduates by young people, professionals already employed, etc.

7. Training of university staff both from a methodological point of view and for the creation and management of online tools

8. Development and testing of specific methodologies, tools, criteria and standards for quality assurance in IS.
