Dr. Călin Ciprian OȚEL (Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering) is Associate Professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Robotics and Production Management, Department of Management and Economic Engineering, having more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research.
He has been a member of the research group at the Management Research Center for Organizational Sustainability since 2020, a member of the Organization of Managers and Economic Engineers from Romania since 2012, and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the international scientific journal "Review of Management and Economic Engineering" since 2008.
He has extensive academic work: 10 published books, more than 50 scientific papers published in international journals and conferences, 7 research contracts as director/member, organizer of 9 editions of "The Review of Management and Economic Engineering International Management Conference", five editions being indexed in Clarivate Analytics.
