I graduated “ Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Food Industry and Environmental Protection , Field of Study: Food Product Technology and Quality Control, and I completed my studies in this field graduating masters classes, at University of Bucharest, Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy « Carol Davila », majoring in Nutrition and Food Safety. Starting October 2024, I am PhD Student at Romanian Academy- School of advanced studies of Romanian Academy (SCOSAAR), Institute of Physical Chemistry « Ilie Murgulescu », Field of study-Chemistry, with the Thesis “Aplication of Natural Extracts in Biodegradable Packaging: Development and Physicochemical Characterization for Food Safety”.
