Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Science (1996) and Legal Sciences, specialization LAW (1998), at the University of Oradea; the title of PhD. in LAW, with CUM LAUDE honours (2004) at “Babes-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca; the habilitation certificate and the capacity of PhD Supervisor in the field of LAW (2014).
