Gabriela Negoita is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, West University of Timisoara, with a PhD in Sociology focused on aligning higher education supply with labour market demand. She has published articles and chapters in national and international specialised books using statistical methods. Her research interests focus on labour market dynamics, aligning educational supply with labour market demand, developing employability skills in the digital era, innovating teaching and learning processes, and industrial relations. She has contributed as a sociology expert to several European-funded projects addressing these areas, including Erasmus+ projects such as E-MLSR - European Mid Life Skills Review, LMI-EUniv - Innovating the use of Labour Market Intelligence within European Universities and LMI4VET - Labour Market Information for VET.
