I am a professor at the West University of Timișoara, where I teach Didactics of Romanian Language and Literature and Didactics of English Language and Literature. My research focuses on Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Gothic literature, cultural representations of Transylvania, and literature teaching. My publications include The Birth of the Dracula Myth: Bram Stoker’s Transylvania (2013), Sinteze de didactica limbii și literaturii române (2014), and the edited volume Dracula: An International Perspective, published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2017. I also supervise doctoral research and take part in academic projects and international conferences.
