I am a PhD student in Materials Physics, conducting my doctoral research in a joint program between University of Bourgogne – Europe (France) and University of Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 (Algeria). My work focuses on developing wide-bandgap semiconductors and devices based on earth-abundant chalcogenide absorbers for advanced photovoltaic applications. I have gained expertise in solution processing, thermal treatments under controlled atmospheres, and advanced characterization techniques, including XRD, SEM/EDS, Raman spectroscopy, UV-Vis analysis, I–V measurements, and XPS (X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, data processing). I have participated in international mobility programs and fellowships, including the Eugen Ionescu fellowship (AUF) at the National Institute of Materials Physics (Romania) and the CIFRA/ICTP grant, and I am actively involved in the COST Action ReNewPV network.
