Julien Narcis Herlo, Associate Professor, PhD, at “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, with extensive professional experience in the field of physical education and sports since 2000. I hold a doctoral degree in Physical Education and Sports and additional qualifications, including two master’s programs: Business Administration and Physical Education and Kinesiology. I am the author of numerous scientific papers, books, and articles, and a member of editorial and organizational committees for international conferences. I have been awarded for research, contributed to the digitalization of fitness centers, and participated in European educational and scientific projects. I possess expertise in educational management and web design, with significant achievements in the science of sport.
