Associate Professor at the "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, Romania. My research focuses on strategic management, artificial intelligence, managerial decision support systems, organizational resilience, digital transformation, sustainability, supply chain management and quantitative research methods. I have authored scientific publications indexed in Web of Science and Scopus and serve as reviewer and editor for international scientific journals. My work explores AI-assisted managerial decision-making, ESG, organizational performance, innovation in higher education and research methodology. I collaborate in interdisciplinary research activities and contribute to the development and evaluation of scientific research projects.
