Abstract:
The project will develop a post-stroke neuromotor recovery system for the upper and lower limbs that can be used in both the early and advanced stages of recovery, low cost and customizable, able to integrate many forms of physical support and automated feedback , including visually enhanced feedback - innovative concept previously introduced, implemented and validated.
The project is designed as a follow-up to the TRAVEE-PNII 1/2014 project (2014-2017), in which innovative approaches (augmented feedback, virtual therapist, haptic feedback) in early post-stroke recovery were implemented and validated in the laboratory and clinic. of the upper limbs. At this time, we want to bring this technology to market in a way that is accessible to all patients, so the focus will be on a customizable low-cost solution to help recover the upper and lower limbs at all stages of recovery.

Abstract:
The project targets the development of an advanced cyber-physical system for the prevention of singular cases of hospital acquired infection, as well as to limit the spread and effects of infection outbreaks. The PREVENT cyber-physical system will consist of a wireless sensor network capable of monitoring the clinical ambient, person's presence as well as their actions in real time. The goal is to target the most common infection sources together with their most well known transmission pathways, which are known from medical literature. The system will include a number of software components that can be installed on a dedicated server or cloud-deployed, as well as a number of hardware devices that can monitor several clinical workflows that are known sources of infection risk. The system will be evaluated within the clinical locations of the specialized partner.

Abstract:
The purpose of the proposed system is to monitor at home the activity of the elderly and/or ill patient such as: diabetes, Alzheimer's, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, etc.
