PhD candidate in Biotechnology and Research Scientist at the National Institute of Research and Development for Biological Sciences, Bucharest. My research focuses on protein characterization and the identification of bioactive peptides derived from animal and plant sources. I am particularly interested in protein extraction, purification, and the evaluation of functional and biological properties of peptides with potential applications in food biotechnology and nutraceutical development.
